To ensure your system is installed according to factory standards, we recommend using our Dealer Locator on the website. Because Oldach distributes throughout the state, they maintain a network of authorized, factory-trained dealers. Choosing an authorized dealer ensures your installation is eligible for the full 10-year warranty.

For residential applications, Ducane offers a 10-year limited warranty on parts and a Lifetime limited warranty on the heat exchanger (for specific models).

Note: To secure this 10-year coverage, the unit must be registered online within 60 days of installation. If not registered within this window, the warranty defaults to a 5-year period.

To complete your registration, you will need:

• The serial number and model number (found on the unit’s nameplate).
• The installation date.
• The contact information of the HVAC contractor who performed the installation.

SEER2 (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio 2) is the updated national standard for measuring the efficiency of air conditioners and heat pumps. It reflects more realistic real-world conditions.
